Single Training Sessions
At Chautauqua Health & Fitness, you can meet with a trainer one-on-one at your convenience. Workouts are created specifically for your goals!
- Mini Session – $25
- Full Session – $50
Membership & One-on-One Personal Training Packages
Meet with a trainer on a regular basis and work with them one-on-one. Workouts are specifically for your goals, and when not with your trainer members have access to our customized mobile app (see below)! This app gives you direct access to your trainer, as well as video and written instructions for a workouts at any time. Packages also include all group fitness classes. Payment is drafted using a credit card or bank account, and can be cancelled anytime.
- 1 full session per week – $250/month ($57 savings)
- Can also be used for 2 mini sessions per week
- 2 full sessions per week – $420/month ($87 savings)
- 3 full sessions per week – $590/month ($117 savings)
Membership & Small Group Packages
Meet with a personal trainer on a regular basis, with the added benefit of sharing the cost with others! All packages include all group fitness classes. Payment is drafted using a credit card or bank account, and can be cancelled anytime. Call 716-363-6383 for current small group times!
- Limited (2x per week) – $149/month (~$10/session)
- Unlimited (3x per week) – $179/month (~$9/session)
